Who We Are

 

TMDrops is a logistics and mail forwarding service operated by a company registered in the Czech Republic (“TMDrops”, “we”, “us”).

 

By registering on our website and using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

If you do not agree - please do not use the service.

 

What We Do (Important)

 

TMDrops helps you receive purchases from foreign online stores and deliver them to Turkmenistan.

 

We:

 

      provide you with a virtual address abroad (USA, Italy, Greece)

      receive your parcels at warehouses

      forward them to Turkmenistan.

 

We are not:

 

      a store

      a seller

      a manufacturer.

 

You buy goods directly from stores such as:

 

      Amazon

      eBay

      Zara

      Etc.

 

This means:

 

      we are not responsible for product quality

      we do not handle returns or warranties.

 

How the Service Works

 

      You register on TMDrops

      You get your personal address abroad and your TMDrops custumer ID

      You order goods from online stores

      You register the tracking number of your parcel from the online store to your TMDrops address and declare its value in your TMDrops personal account

      Your parcel arrives at our warehouse

      We identify it using your customer ID

      We ship it to Turkmenistan

      Final delivery is handled by “Turkmenpost” postal service company (hereinafter – “Turkmenpost”).

 

Your Responsibility as a Customer

 

You agree to:

 

      provide accurate personal data

      use your unique customer ID correctly

      track your parcels

      register the tracking code for the parcel in the system

      declare the value of the parcel

      pay all required fees.

 

If you:

 

      enter a wrong address

      enter wrong customer ID

      declared an incorrect value of parcel.

 

the risk is fully yours.

 

When We Are Responsible

 

We become responsible for a parcel only after:

 

      it is physically delivered to our warehouse

      it is scanned and registered in our system.

 

Before that - responsibility lies with:

 

      the online store

      the shipping company used by the seller.

 

Customs and Import Rules (Turkmenistan)

 

This is very important.

 

You are fully responsible for:

 

      checking if your goods are allowed in Turkmenistan

      declare the value of the parcel

      paying customs duties and taxes and any additional fees.

 

We do not control:

 

      customs decisions

      delays

      inspections

      confiscation.

 

If customs:

 

      holds the parcel

      seizes or confiscates the parcel

 

you must resolve it directly with the authorities.

 

Delivery in Turkmenistan

 

All local delivery is handled by: Turkmenpost

 

Prices and Weight Calculation

 

Weight Calculation

 

Shipping cost is based on:

 

      actual weight

      volumetric weight

      oversize measurements

 

whichever is higher.

 

Volumetric weight is calculated as follows:

 

(length × width × height) / 6000

 

If it is higher than actual weight, it will be used for pricing.

 

Note: this value may be updated in the future

 

Rounding

 

Weight is rounded up to 0.1 kg (100 grams).

 

Minimal weight

 

The minimal charging weight is 0,5 kg. If the actual weight of the parcel is less than 0,5 kg, you will be charged based on the minimal weight – 0,5 kg.

 

Payment

 

      All payments must be made online

      We use secure payment providers (including Stripe).

 

Before receiving your parcel, you must pay:

 

      shipping cost

      any additional services

      customs-related payments (if applicable through Turkmenpost).

 

We may hold your parcel until full payment is received.

 

Storage

 

Parcels may be stored at TMDrops overseas warehouses (until the value is declared) and the Turkmenpost warehouse for a limited time.

 

A storage fees may apply after the free period elapses.

 

Unclaimed parcels may be disposed of.

 

Prohibited Items

We have the right to:

 

      refuse shipment

      destroy the parcel

      report to authorities

 

Liability

 

General Rule

 

If a parcel is lost under our responsibility TMDrops provides compensation in the amount of the declared value.

 

We are not Responsible For (except in cases provided for by applicable law):

 

      wrong address

      missing customer ID

      poor packaging

      fragile items

      electronics damage

      customs issues

      delays outside our control.

 

Insurance

 

We do not provide insurance.

 

You may arrange insurance yourself if needed.

 

Where Loss Happens

 

Responsibility depends on where the problem occurred:

 

      prior to arrival at the TMDrops warehouse - the seller and their carrier

      after acceptance at the TMDrops warehouse – TMDrops.

 

Payments, Refunds and Compensation

 

Payment for Services

 

The Client pays for shipping services only after the parcel has been received, processed, and weighed at the warehouse.

 

Service Refund Policy

 

Since the service is provided after parcel acceptance and processing,
shipping fees are non-refundable once charged, except in cases provided by applicable law, as well as in cases where the service cannot be rendered due to the fault of the Company.

 

Compensation for Loss

 

Compensation is not a refund of service, but a separate claim.

 

Compensation is provided only if the parcel is confirmed as lost while under the Company’s responsibility

 

A parcel is considered lost only after completion of an internal investigation.

 

Compensation amount is limited to the declared value confirmed by invoice.

 

No Compensation Cases

 

The Company is not liable and no compensation is provided in cases including:

 

      incorrect address

      missing customer ID

      customs actions (hold, seizure, confiscation)

      prohibited goods

      force majeure.

 

Claims Procedure

 

Claims must be submitted within 30 days and include:

 

      invoice

      tracking number

      proof of payment for the contents of the parcel

      description.

 

Approved compensation (if applicable) is paid to the original payment method.

 

Force Majeure

 

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in fulfilling obligations caused by force majeure circumstances, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars, disruptions in transportation and logistics systems, actions of government agencies, and other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

 

Personal Data

 

We collect:

 

      full name

      phone

      address

      passport details.

 

We use this data for:

 

      delivery

      customs processing.

 

We may share data with:

 

      logistics partners

      customs authorities.

 

All data is processed under EU (GDPR) rules.

 

Legal & Payments (EU Compliance)

 

      These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic

      Payments are processed via secure providers (e.g. Stripe)

      By paying, you agree to accurate billing data and lawful use of funds.

 

Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time.

 

Continued use of the service - acceptance of updates.
