Refund & Compensation Policy

General Principles

 

This Refund & Compensation Policy applies to services provided by TMDrops, operated by KP Solutions s.r.o.

 

By using our services and making payments, you agree to this Policy.

 

When Payment Is Charged

 

Shipping fees are charged only after the parcel has been:

 

     the parcel has been received at the warehouse

     the parcel has been processed

     the parcel has been measured and weighed.

 

At this point, the service is considered initiated.

 

Refund Policy (Service Fees)

 

General Rule

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable once charged.

 

This is because the service (acceptance, processing, and preparation for shipment) has already been provided.

 

No Refund Cases

 

Refunds are not provided in any of the following situations:

 

     the parcel has been received and processed at the warehouse

     incorrect address provided by the Client

     missing or incorrect Client ID

     customs duties, delays, or refusal of import

     parcels held, seized, or confiscated by customs authorities

     prohibited or restricted goods

     delays outside the Company’s control

     force majeure events.

 

Compensation for Loss (Separate from Refunds)

 

Compensation is not a refund of service fees, but a separate claim.

 

When Compensation Applies

 

Compensation may be provided only if the parcel is confirmed as lost while under the Company’s responsibility

 

A parcel is considered lost only after:

 

     an internal investigation is completed

     the loss is officially confirmed by the Company.

 

Compensation Amount

 

Compensation is limited to the declared value of the parcel (supported by invoice).

 

Claims Procedure

 

To request compensation, the Client must:

 

     submit a claim within 30 days from the expected delivery date

     provide:

-       invoice (proof of value)

-       proof of payment for the contents of the parcel

-       tracking number

-       description of the issue

-       The Company reserves the right to request additional information.

 

Refund Method

 

If a refund or compensation is approved, it will be issued only to the original payment method.

 

Review and Decision

 

All claims are reviewed individually.

The Company reserves the right to:

 

     approve or reject claims

     determine eligibility based on available evidence.
