How does TMdrops work?

TMdrops gives you a virtual address abroad (USA, Italy, Greece).

 

You:

1. Register on the website

2. Get your personal address abroad

3. Shop in online stores

4. Use your TMdrops address at checkout

5. Enter the tracking number of your parcel from the online store to your TMdrops address and declare its value in your TMdrops personal account

6. We receive and forward your parcel to Turkmenistan

Final delivery is handled by Turkmenpost.

 

How do I register?

Registration takes a few minutes:

 

· create an account

· enter your personal details

· upload required identification (passport)

 

After that, you will receive your personal addresses.

How can I receive my parcel?

The parcel will not be shipped from the overseas warehouse until you declare its value.

 

Parcels are delivered to your selected pickup point via Turkmenpost.

You will be notified when your parcel is ready for pickup.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the origin:

 

· USA → approximately 10–20 days

 

· Italy / Greece → approximately 7-14 days

Customs processing may affect delivery time.

How can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel:

 

· in your TMdrops account

· using the tracking number provided

What if my parcel does not arrive at the warehouse?

If tracking shows delivered but not registered:

·                contact seller

·                contact TMdrops customer support

·                provide proof of delivery

We are responsible only after the parcel is scanned at the warehouse.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost is based on weight:

 

· USA → $18 per kg

 

· Italy / Greece → $16 per kg

 

The charge is based on:

 

· actual weight

· volumetric weight

· oversize measurements

Whichever is higher.

What is volumetric weight?

Volumetric weight is calculated as:

 

(Length × Width × Height) / 6000

If it is higher than actual weight, it will be used for pricing.

Is weight rounded?

Yes. Weight is rounded up to 0.1 kg (100 grams).

When do I pay?

You pay only after your parcel is received, weighed and measured at our foreign warehouse.

What payment methods are available?

All payments are made online via secure payment systems (e.g. Stripe).

What is an oversized parcel?

A parcel is considered oversized if:

 

· total dimensions exceed 150 cm

· volumetric weight is 2× or more than actual weight

 

In this case:

· pricing is based on volumetric weight

· shipping cost will be calculated as $6 per one volumetric kg

For how long are parcels stored?

Parcels are stored for a limited time.

 

After the free period:

 

· storage fees may apply

 

Unclaimed parcels may be disposed of.

Which shipments are subject to customs clearance?

All international shipments may be subject to customs control.

 

You are responsible for:

 

• declaring the correct value of the parcel

· customs duties

· taxes

· compliance with import rules

What is remote customs clearance?

Customs procedures are handled by local authorities in Turkmenistan.

 

In some cases, you may need to provide:

 

· passport data

· invoice

· other needed documents

Is insurance available?

TMdrops does not provide insurance.

You may arrange insurance independently if needed.

How is my personal data processed?

Your data is used only for:

 

· delivery

· customs clearance

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR, if necessary).
