If it is higher than actual weight, it will be used for pricing.

Delivery times depend on the origin:

• USA → approximately 10–20 days

• Italy / Greece → approximately 7-14 days.

Customs processing may affect delivery time.

Which shipments are subject to customs clearance?

All international shipments are subject to customs control.

You are responsible for:

• declaring the correct value of the parcel

• payment of customs duties

• payment of taxes

• compliance with import rules.

When do I pay?

You pay only after your parcel is received, weighed and measured at our overseas warehouse.

How does TMDrops work?

TMDrops offers you a virtual address abroad (USA, Italy and Greece).

You:

1. Register on the website

2. Get your personal address abroad

3. Shop in online stores

4. Use your TMDrops address at checkout

5. Enter the tracking number of your parcel from the online store to your TMdrops address and declare its value in your TMDrops personal account

6. We receive and forward your parcel to Turkmenistan.

Final delivery is handled by Turkmenpost.

Is insurance available?

TMDrops does not provide insurance. You may arrange insurance independently if needed.

What if my parcel does not arrive at the warehouse?

If tracking shows delivered but not registered:

• contact seller

• contact TMDrops customer support

• provide proof of delivery

We assume the responsibility only after the parcel is received and scanned at the warehouse.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost is based on weight:

• USA → $18 per kg

• Italy / Greece → $16 per kg

The charge is based on:

• actual weight

• volumetric weight

• oversize measurements.

After that, you will receive your personal addresses.

For how long are parcels stored?

Parcels are stored for a limited period.

A storage fees may apply after the free period elapses.

Unclaimed parcels may be disposed of.

All payments are made online via secure payment systems (e.g. Stripe).

How is my personal data processed?

Your data is used only for:

What is the minimal weight?

The minimal charging weight is 0,5 kg. If the actual weight of the parcel is less than 0,5 kg, you will be charged based on the minimal weight – 0,5 kg.

What is remote customs clearance?

Customs procedures are handled by local authorities in Turkmenistan.

In some cases, you may need to provide:

• passport data

• invoice

• other needed documents.

Yes, the weight is rounded up to 0.1 kg (100 grams).
