You:

1. Register on the website
2. Enter your personal details
3. Shop in online stores
4. Enter the TMdrops address when placing your order
5. We will receive and send your package to Turkmenistan

Delivery within Turkmenistan is carried out by the postal service company “Turkmenpost”.

TMdrops does not provide insurance.

If necessary, you can arrange insurance yourself.

If the package is lost under our responsibility:

• compensation is provided
• up to the declared value
• maximum 500 (five hundred) USD

If tracking shows that it has been delivered but not registered:

• contact the seller
• reach out to customer support
• provide proof of delivery

We are not responsible for the package until it is received and scanned at the warehouse.

The delivery cost depends on the weight:

• USA → 18 USD per kilogram
• Italy / Greece → 16 USD per kilogram

The cost is calculated based on:

• actual weight
• volumetric weight
• package dimensions

The higher value is used for the calculation.

A package is considered oversized if:

• the total dimensions exceed 150 cm
• the volumetric weight is 2 times or more greater than the actual weight

In this case:

• the price is calculated based on the volumetric weight
• an additional fee of 6 USD is charged

Packages are stored for a limited time.

After the free storage period:

• a storage fee may be charged

Unclaimed packages may be disposed of.

Your data is used only for:

• delivery
• customs clearance

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR, where applicable).

Delivery times depend on the country of origin:

• USA → usually 10–20 days
• Italy / Greece → usually 7–14 days

Customs clearance may affect delivery times.

Volumetric weight is calculated as:

(Length × Width × Height) / 5000

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, it will be used to calculate the price.

Customs procedures in Turkmenistan are handled by local authorities.

In some cases, you may be required to provide:

• invoice
