On the TM Drops website www.tmdrops.com, you can purchase insurance coverage for your shipment to protect against loss.


Insurance option may be selected on the TM Drops website only for declared items and only before they leave TM Drops International Exchange Center.  

Insurance premium is 5% of the item’s declared value. 

Turkmen Post does not provide insurance against complete or partial damage of the contents of mailpieces. Such damage is due to deficient packaging, and Turkmen Post shall not bear responsibility for the poor quality of packaging and consequent damage of contents since the TM Drops International Exchange Center receives mailpieces already packaged by a third party.
